Elfriede uses the JAMES S6 emergency watch with fall sensor.
Since the death of her husband, Elfriede (75) has been caring for her large garden entirely on her own. Nothing brings her more joy than working in her new vegetable garden. Two weeks ago, however, she suffered a concussion after falling while gardening. It took nearly four hours before her cousin Peter found her; during that time, she lay helpless on the ground in severe pain.
Peter already wears a JAMES emergency watch and has now also equipped Elfriede with one of these smart emergency watches. If Elfriede falls again, she can send an alarm to Peter and other helpers via her new smartwatch:
A brief press of the red button is all it takes to call for help. For additional security, the watch can also be extended with an additional tariff (FALL & DEMENTIA) with a fall sensor. If Elfriede remains unusually motionless for an extended period, JAMES will report the emergency. This prevents her from remaining on the ground in pain after a fall, a fainting episode, or circulatory problems.
While she waits for help, Elfriede is connected by voice call with her family members. From now on, the passionate gardener no longer has to worry about having to handle such emergencies on her own.
Since Elfriede wears JAMES on her wrist, she feels safe around the clock - and her family is reassured as well. She especially likes the design of the emergency watch.
