Six core functions ensure that help is organized quickly and reliably in an emergency.
SOS alarm
Alarm at the press of a button, via the emergency call button, or the paired charging station. Emergency contacts are automatically called. In the first few seconds, an accidental alarm can be easily canceled.
Direct voice connection
After alarm acceptance, a hands-free connection is established immediately. The large loudspeaker ensures a clear, loud connection in the event of an alarm.
Fast location
GPS, WLAN and mobile networks determine the position quickly and continuously refine it. Indoors, the optional JAMES-Locator supports precise location tracking; one locator covers approximately a two-room apartment.
Fall detection
An integrated sensor detects falls and automatically triggers an alarm — even if the person being cared for is no longer able to press the button themselves.
JAMES App and Web Portal
The digital cockpit for administration, status, and location tracking. Caregivers and relatives can keep an eye on battery level, position, and alarms at all times.
Optional call center around the clock
Upon request, a professional call center receives alarms at any time, speaks directly with the person being cared for, clarifies the situation, and organizes the necessary assistance.

From activation to assistance — in seconds
Three steps that automatically interlock in an emergency.
Trigger alarm
The SOS button is pressed on the device or on the paired charging station for several seconds. An audible signal confirms activation, and the button flashes red.
Connection and location
JAMES automatically calls the emergency contacts or the call center, establishes a voice connection, and transmits the continuously updated location.
Help is being organized
The situation is clarified by telephone and the necessary assistance is arranged immediately. An accidental alarm can be cancelled within the first few seconds.
