The manufacturers’ forum hosted by the German Home Emergency Call Service Association on September 30 in Cologne provided an opportunity for face-to-face discussions, fresh ideas and an exchange on the future of home emergency call services. Particularly encouraging for JAMES was the strong interest shown by social welfare associations in our broad product portfolio.

The manufacturers' forum of the Federal Association for Home Emergency Call Services, held on 30 September in Cologne, provided an opportunity for face-to-face discussions, fresh ideas and an exchange on the future of home emergency call services. Particularly encouraging for JAMES was the strong interest shown by social welfare associations in our broad product portfolio.

Different needs, tailored solutions

The discussions highlighted the importance of a diverse selection of mobile emergency call solutions. Feedback on the breadth of our range was particularly positive: JAMES offers far more than a single emergency watch. Our comprehensive portfolio allows us to address different requirements and individual needs, helping us find a suitable solution for each person's daily life.

Artificial intelligence in home emergency call services

Another key focus was the use of artificial intelligence in home emergency call services. The workshops presented current trends and provided opportunities to discuss potential applications together. The presentations and subsequent discussions offered thought-provoking ideas for the further development of the sector.

Face-to-face dialogue with a forward-looking perspective

Valuable discussions with existing customers, partners and potential new customers characterised the event. The positive atmosphere also reflected the sector's confidence in its continued development.

We would like to express our thanks for the open dialogue, the interest in our solutions and the many ideas we took away from Cologne.
