ilogs healthcare, a provider of smart, connected TeleCare solutions for 25 years, has expanded its JAMES portfolio with a new component: the JAMES T9 Pro. The compact mobile emergency call button is aimed at people who want to be active and independent on the move - with or without an emergency watch - and is now available to ilogs partner organizations.
The JAMES T9 Pro is intended as a complement to the proven JAMES safety watches. It closes a gap for all those who, for various reasons, do not want to wear a watch or do not want to exchange their own wristwatch for an emergency call device. In doing so, ilogs is responding to a real need in care practice and demonstrating how continuously the company adapts its solutions to the real-life circumstances of people.
The core functions of the JAMES T9 Pro include an SOS alarm with immediate hands-free connection, precise location tracking via GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile network - optionally supplemented by the JAMES-Locator for indoor use - as well as automatic fall detection. Battery status, location and alarms can be displayed in real time via app and web portal.
Key data:
With a weight of 43 grams, a battery life of up to one week and an IP67 protection rating (splash-proof), the JAMES T9 Pro is designed for flexible everyday use - wearable on a lanyard or clip.
Integrated into common control center systems: enovation/ UMO, Tunstall/ PNC , skyresponse and others
Associations, home emergency call services, care organizations and others are thus given the opportunity to expand their existing range of services and offer their customers additional solutions for protection and support in everyday life. The device is seamlessly integrated into the existing JAMES platform, is GDPR-compliant and is operated on EU servers - partner organizations can integrate it into their existing infrastructure without additional effort.
“With the JAMES T9 Pro, we are taking the next step in the further development of our care solutions. We listen carefully to our partner organizations and continuously develop our platform in line with the real needs of people.” (Andreas Jansa: Product Manager)
