Care about Care aims to empower women working within professional home care ecosystems. It will provide new opportunities for ICT-supported collaboration and information exchange, with the goal of enabling older people to age at home and improving the care process. Over the next two and a half years, eight teams from Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland will develop and test two Care about Care pilot platforms in three European countries, involving more than 700 participants.
The goal of the Care about Care pilot project is to "look at care from multiple perspectives and provide long-term support."
