Care about Care aims to empower women who work in professional home care. The project will create new opportunities for ICT-supported collaboration and information exchange to enable older people to age at home and improve care processes. Over the next two and a half years, eight teams from Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland will develop and test two “Care about Care” pilot platforms in three European countries, involving more than 700 participants.
The aim of the “Care about Care” pilot project is to “view care from different perspectives and provide long-term support.”
