At its ‘Business Garden’ site, Dolby operates a research and development centre focusing on modern picture and sound formats such as Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. The branch has been significantly expanded in recent years and now accommodates hundreds of IT and audio specialists.
Particularly in a technology-driven environment with laboratory, testing and service areas, it is not uncommon for staff to work alone – to reliably safeguard these solitary workstations, Dolby Poland will in future be relying on James4WORK-GUARD from ilogs healthcare in Austria.

This enables companies such as Dolby to fulfil their duty of care even in situations where staff are temporarily on their own.
