Care about Care aims to empower stakeholders within professional home care ecosystems. It will offer new ICT-supported opportunities for collaboration and information exchange to enable older people to age at home and improve care processes. Over the next two and a half years, eight teams from Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland will develop and test two Care about Care pilot platforms across three European countries, involving more than 700 participants.
Through the Care about Care pilot project, we are striving to “look at care from more than one perspective and provide long-term support”.
