MOCCA client billing

Client billing is an optional MOCCA MODULE for billing services rendered to various stakeholders. These can be determined by all relevant MOCCA MODULES, including GriPS, as well as external systems (telephone system, kiosk etc.).

MOCCA Document Management

Documents belonging to clients or employees can be stored in the system in a structured manner.

MOCCA Complaint Management

With this module, complaints as well as praise from clients, relatives and external persons can be recorded and processed with different workflows.

MOCCA time recording

Planners or other administrative employees who are mainly at headquarters or at the bases and do not work with MOCCA on a mobile basis can document working times via stationary time recording.
